Microsoft unveiled a new Windows development tool: WebMatrix. WebMatrix 2 can be used to develop, deploy Node.js app on IIS or Azure.
Microsoft WebMatrix 2 includes tons of new features, including building applications with Node.js. Since Microsoft made a partnerships with Joyent several months ago, Node.js, npm are officially supported by Microsoft on Windows and Azure Cloud Computing solution.
